Job Scope for Water Chiller Repair

1. Bring Back Workshop for Inspection
   Dismantle and bring back the water chiller to our workshop for detailed checking and troubleshooting.
2. Chiller System Inspection & Diagnosis
   Check compressor, condenser, water tank, pump, pressure gauge, piping, electrical control and refrigerant system condition.
3. Supply and Replace 1pc Gas Filter
   Replace new refrigerant gas filter to improve system cleanliness and cooling performance.
4. Vacuum and Top Up R22 Refrigerant Gas
   Perform vacuum process and top up R22 refrigerant gas after repair to ensure proper cooling operation.
5. Service and Clean Cooling Condenser
   Clean dirty condenser coil to improve heat transfer and reduce high-pressure problems.
6. Service and Clean Water Tank
   Clean water tank and remove dirt, rust or sludge that may affect water circulation and cooling efficiency.
7. Copper Tube Welding / Brazing Repair
   Repair leaking copper tube by welding or brazing to prevent refrigerant gas leakage.
8. Replace New Compressor Unit
   Supply and install new compressor unit if the existing compressor is faulty, weak or unable to operate properly.
9. Test Run After Repair
   Run the water chiller to check cooling temperature, pressure reading, compressor operation and water circulation.
10. Final Checking Before Delivery
    Ensure the chiller is working properly before returning to customer site.
